ISO/TS 16949 ; Quality management system of automotive sector. It is created by adding special requirements of automotive sector to the ISO 9000 Standard. It has a basic system understanding to enable continuous development and error prevention.

ISO/TS 16949:2009 is a ISO Technical Specification regulating existing American (QS-9000), German (VDA6.1), French (EAQF) and İtalian (AVSQ) automotive quality system standards within global automotive industry in order to remove the need of various documentation to meet customer needs. ISO/TS 16949:2009 determines the requirements of quality system of design, development, manufacture, assembly and service of automotive products together with ISO 9000 / ISO 9001 system. In addition to this structure, customer specific terms separately required by vehicle manufacturers and vehicle spare part manufacturers are also present in this system. As Ayfar Automotive, our studies regarding TS 16949 quality management system started in the year of 2012 are finalized in the year of 2013; as of April 2013, our company was granted with ISO/TS 16949:2009 certificate by URS (United Registrar of System), one of the leading certification organizations of the world.

ISO 9001,is all of Quality Management Applications that provide delivery of product or service in quality sustainability during transfer from manufacturer to consumer with a discipline in process.

Our company applies ISO 9001 Quality Management System as of 2000 and it has been rewarded ISO 9001:2008 certificate which is updated version of management system from URS (United Registrar of System), one of the leading certification organizations of the world in the year of 2011.

EAC certificate is a product quality certification that is mandatory to be obtained by companies to make sale in the territory of Russia; it proves sold products are manufactured in accordance with Russia standards.

ECE certificate is the definition or product certification specifically necessary for sales in European region. This definition includes two phases; the first is to conduct manufacture in accordance with ECE standards in automotive sector; the second is to get certificates from national standardization organizations of European Union countries. Therefore, the final products manufactured should be manufactured in accordance with “European Union Highway Vehicle Safety” standards.

Having one of the best equipped ”Automotive Lightening” test laboratories of our country, our company has necessary Optic, Color etc. lightening test equipment to test compatibility to European Union; it can test the compatibility to standards during product development and take corrective actions within this direction.

Our products that are manufactured in accordance with European Union Highway Vehicle Safety norms are certified by national standardization organizations of European Union countries.
